Your data is stored using Google Workspace and associated Google services. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Auris AI Agency for services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Auris AI Agency ("Auris") and the Client.

2. Services

Auris provides AI-powered digital marketing services which may include:

Social media content creation and scheduling
Google Business profile management and optimisation
SEO content and blog writing
Email marketing and lead follow-up systems
Digital presence audits and strategy

The specific services delivered are determined by the package selected at signup (Starter, Growth, or Full Digital). Service scope is outlined at aurisaiagency.com.

3. Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Auris to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Payments are due at the start of each billing period
Failed payments may result in suspension of services

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to:

Provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and materials
Supply photos, videos, or brand materials as reasonably requested
Review and approve content within agreed timeframes
Ensure all materials provided are owned by or licensed to the Client

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by Auris for the Client becomes the Client's property upon full payment for that billing period. Auris retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the service with 14 days' written notice. Notice must be sent to info@aurisaiagency.com. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Auris provides marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as follower growth, lead volume, or revenue increases. Auris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

9. Changes to Terms

Auris reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email with 14 days' notice.

Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced and work has begun. By subscribing to any Auris plan, you acknowledge that services are delivered on an ongoing basis and payment covers the current month's work.

2. Exceptions

A full refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

Payment was made in error (duplicate charge)
Auris is unable to commence services within 7 days of payment due to circumstances on our end
A technical error resulted in an incorrect charge amount

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to info@aurisaiagency.com.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days' written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current month's fee if work has already commenced.

4. Free Audit

The free digital presence audit offered by Auris is provided at no charge and carries no obligation to purchase. No payment is required to receive an audit.

5. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a concern about your invoice, please contact us at info@aurisaiagency.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all billing concerns promptly and fairly.
